Breakup hi to hai, move on naa
Isn't it strange? How two people come together to be in a relationship but only the opinion of one is enough to fall apart and end the relationship as a whole?
They say Breakup is just a small part of your life, not your life. But, is it so?
Be it a 16 year old teenager or a 22 year old adult, a breakup always hits the same chord because a part of you somewhere dies. Is it ever possible to be broken into such smaller prices that there is nothing left to fix? Well, may be.
- A breakup isn't changing your relationship status into single, but being left alone by a person you never thought would leave you.
- A breakup isn't being all by yourself, but checking your phone and still not seeing a notification with that person's name popping on it.
- A breakup isn't hearing it's not working anymore and its over, but being astonished how a person just stops fixes things and leaves.
- A breakup isn't being hurt, but stumbling on the floor through that miserable pain.
- A breakup isn't that void created, but the shattering essence of that person falling out of love.
- A breakup isn't just a broken heart or soul, but the fake promises and fake lies shackled through your heart.
- A breakup isn't cutting ties with a person, but dwelving deep into self doubt and loss of confidence.
- A breakup isn't just a 'label' of things getting over, it's a part of yourself being lost through that person who once wanted you way more badly than anything.
- A breakup isn't just a phase, It's a story of denial, delusion, ushered hope, breach of trust, self doubt, anger, frustration, care, desperation and what not.
- A breakup marks the journey of healing what one person broke in the name of your trust and love.
Surprisingly, we find millions of people with their relationship advices and their set of gyan, but can anyone ever help you deal with this phase? Probably not.
How conveniently that person just feels out of love and shuts things off, whereas you are still struck there, helpless because you can't even accept the feeling of being broken again.
Your friends call you mad, that person thinks you are psychic, everyone just tells you one thing- "forget and move on".
But is there a medical pill or treatment for it? Can you just wipe off a living being and all memories from your life like they never existed in the first place?
Dealing with a breakup isn't tough, however, the post traumatic effects that follow it scrutinise you to a point where things just go beyond control.
One can only succeed in this journey through their own set of way. The popular movie 'Kabir Singh' also mentioned that -"Suffering is a very personal thing."
No one helps you complete this journey successfully, other than YOU.
